Step 2: Run the App

Open the downloaded file. You will see a window with your Your ID and a Password.

Step 3: Connect

Provide those details to our agent via chat or phone. We will then request permission to view your screen.

🔒Our technicians can only access your computer while the app is open. Once you close TeamViewer, the session is terminated and we cannot reconnect without a new one-time password provided by you.
