TechRewards is our way of saying thanks. Shop at Farpoint and you build up points you can put towards what you buy next. There is nothing to join, no card to carry, and no catch.

How it works

Shop as normal

Order anything from the store. Points are worked out on what you spend and put aside for you automatically.

Claim them with your email

Pop your email in at the basket and we will send you a short sign-in code. That is all the account you need - no password to remember.

Spend them next time

Your points come off a future order at the basket. Anything you do not use stays in your account for the time after.

The details, plainly

Do I need to sign up?
No. Your email address is your account. Buy something, then enter that same address at the basket next time and your points will be there.
What can I spend them on?
Points cover part of an order rather than all of it, so there is always something to put them towards. The basket tells you exactly how much you can use on the order in front of you.
Do they run out?
Points last two years from the day you earn them, so there is no rush.
What if I send something back?
Points from a refunded order go back too. Nothing to sort out - it happens on its own.
Some things earn differently
Phones earn a fixed number of points rather than a share of the price - the margins on them are thin enough that we would rather be straight about it than quietly pay less than you expected.

TechMate is the bit where you tell a friend. Get a code, pass it on, and when they use it on their first order they get money off straight away - and you get points to spend here once their order has gone through.

They save today

Their welcome points come straight off that first order, so there is something in it for them from the start.

You earn once it completes

Your points land after their order has been through and settled. Nothing for you to chase.

One recommendation each for now, and their order needs to be over the minimum shown at the basket. You do not need to have bought anything yourself to recommend someone.
