Three things, one plug

The phone, the watch and the earbud case all charge at once from a single socket and a single object on the desk.

Magnetic alignment

The phone snaps to the centre of the coil rather than being placed roughly on a pad and found uncharged in the morning.

Fast where it counts

Qi2 at 25W is the current standard and its faster tier, so the phone charges properly rather than trickling.

It tidies the bedside table

Three chargers and three cables become one thing. That is most of the appeal.
